There is nothing more therapeutic for me than cooking or baking for fun. Well beside running which I love to do but don’t do much of it, lol. One thing I do enjoy is making marinara for the family. I can feel the stress of “must do’s” of the day just melting away with every stir of the pot. I double the recipe which will then make about 5 meals. The kids really love it. I like making my own because then I know exactly what’s going into it. I divide the sauce (4 cups each), vacuum seal them and then freeze. The recipe I use is by Giada de Laurentiis, it’s simple yet delicious. I love her, BTW.
