We are now at week 3 of our 52 week project. 18 amazing photographers, 18 different interpretations. You can read more about it here. This has been an exciting three weeks and I am looking forward to MANY more! This week’s theme is “Warmth”. This image was my favorite. Read below as to why. 🙂
I absolutely LOVE scarfs/wraps or whatever you want to call them. I have a number of scarves, lol. I’m sure my oldest would say that I was obsessed. Okay, maybe just a little. These pashminas were given to me by the CDR on the return from one of his long trips. They are a wool blend and very very warm. So warm they make me giggle, haha. A great to way to brighten up a gloomy winter’s day and also a reminder of the CDR’s thoughtfullness.
When I think of warmth, why think of scarves? Why such a literal interpretation? Truthfully, I’m freezing my tush off right now. Winter is not my favorite season. I’m sure if the theme “warmth” was given in any other season then maybe I would have gone another route. Isn’t it interesting that an interpretation can be affected by a season, a particular time in your life or some other factor? I find this so interesting.
Now head on over to see the amazingly talented Hannah Mayo | West Palm Beach, FL Photographer for her interpretation of this weeks them! See you next week!
